Applicaiton

It is widely applicable to the crushing and shaping of stones such as limestone, river pebbles, granite, ore tailings and stone chips, meeting the demand for high-quality machine-made sand in fields such as water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, high-speed railways, bridge construction, airport runways, municipal engineering and high-rise buildings.

Product Avantage

1. Optimized crushing cavity and strike angle

For "stone-on-stone", material layer partitions are added to form a dense and stable stone layer; for "stone-on-iron", the installation angle of the counterattack block is optimized to obtain a higher crushing ratio.

2. Intelligent control configuration

Lubrication with thin oil is adopted and an air-cooling system is equipped. Intelligent instrument control is used to achieve fully automatic lubrication control, and the lubrication temperature can be regulated.

3. New dust-proof sealing structure

A unique exhaust and dust-proof device and sealing structure are adopted to prevent dust from entering and causing oil leakage from the lower bearing cover, ensuring no oil leakage from the main engine.

4. Quenching and tempering treatment of the main shaft

42CrMo quenched and tempered material is adopted, which is durable.
