Description

This series of products is a two-chamber impact crusher with a large crushing cavity structure. The eccentric adjustable rotor developed based on the Coriolis effect realizes dynamic adjustment of the hammer line speed difference of ±18% through kinematic equation optimization. Comparison tests with Metso's NP series show that:

2. Intelligent hydraulic maintenance system (VS bolt mechanical adjustment)
Integrated electro-hydraulic proportional valve (response time ≤50ms) + closed hydraulic circuit (pressure resistance 35MPa) to achieve precise adjustment of the impact frame opening at the level of 0.1mm. Equipped with a fault self-diagnosis system (13 types of common fault code library), the maintenance window period is shortened to 45 minutes (traditional methods require 4-6 hours).
